The Department of Corrections required aged steel framed windows to be replaced by modern windows with superior attack resistant glass.

With our considerable experience on major correctional facility projects including a $4 million contract working on the new 8 storey Mount Eden prison cell block, Requisite was contracted to carry out the work.

The brief was to both decommission the old windows and manufacture, supply and install the replacements.  The on site work needed to be done in a carefully arranged sequence with the old windows removed and replacements installed in the same day to maintain the security of the building.  Carried out in 2 stages, the work was completed in early 2023.
